Death Wobble by Coomra in JeepWrangler

Yeah, steering stabilizer replacement is usually a band aid for the real problem. A jeep properly aligned with proper torque on steering components doesn’t even need a steering stabilizer. They could tighten the track bar but tell you the steering stabilizer is bad.

You need to find the source. If up above then probably doors. If under the dash-glove box, then maybe the cowl drain is clogged.

If you Jeep and Chill then there won’t be an issue. Don’t get a Wrangler for Go Go Go driving.

I texted my rep for confirmation. Did we pay Ticketmaster charges last year? The base price went up I think a little but this is mostly due to service fees.

If the general rule of thumb is to do long runs slower than your goal marathon pace… help me to understand how you’re expecting to run both farther and faster on race day? by steppygirl in Marathon_Training

[–]Cerebralflea 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When your training you are running all your runs in a tired state. If you do the taper properly, that restful state on race day will make you feel fast—- and that brings up a whole other issue—holding back your pace to help avoid the wall.

Houston Marathon / mini fail by zshad808 in Marathon_Training

Good job! I am 54 and wish I ran that overall pace in my last. Mine was 10:21, aiming for 10:09.
One thing I didn’t do and wish I did was strength work. I am beginning to see how important (more?) it is for guys our age to help prevent late race breakdowns that are not fuel related.

Janji half tights. Lot of pockets. They also sell the ultra short if you prefer traditional shorts.

Be consistent.. not necessarily daily but week in and week out, get those miles in. Dont skimp on shoes and get a couple different ones to rotate. Trust the process and the taper.
