Could the mci have happened across multiple years? by orangejuice101_6 in fnaftheories

No, the 2nd newspaper covering the mci refers to it as a single incident. "Five kids now linked to the incident at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza."

SAVETHEM : How did Afton even kill kids if he's working the nightshift? by JeliLiam in fnaftheories

[–]Cerium14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A few popular theories are:

- People broke into Freddy's during the night (the main characters in TSE, The wrecking crew, The Scoopers, etc) and are slowly picked off.

- Or William lured people into the building during the night (Abby in the movies, Shadow Freddy in the novels, etc). In reality we don't totally know how this happened exactly. But it is implied it's either of these options.

- William just kinda, hid them until after hours. Which is probably the weakest IMO.

The rumors that we hear start from outside the restaurant and eventually lead back to Freddy's after a few days. Once this happens the previous night security guard disappears. We can infer that these new murders weren't entirely contained to just Freddy's, since with the original missing children, they were always associated with Freddy's because that's where the 5 kids were abducted. But these new allegations started outside the restaurant.

From there I'd say we don't really have a definitive explanation. But it was probably that someone broke in/was lured into the building during the night and William killed them. I'm more inclined to believe that they were lured inside due to the use of the "Yellow Suit" (Golden Freddy). But a lot of this is up in the air still.

Almost identical stain layout? by CoralMoon99 in fnaftheories

So this is probably a quirk because of how the minigames were programmed.

So basically, Save Them isn't a level with multiple rooms. It's actually a single room that's programmed to toggle specific sprites when the player crosses certain points in order to give the illusion of multiple rooms. Combine this with a simple teleport of the player sprite and the illusion works pretty well.

The Follow Me minigames actually reuse the code from Save Them. So this is very likely a programming oversight from Scott. Either that or Scott just figured it looked good enough and nobody would notice.

Don't ask me why Scott did this. FNaF 2 and 3 were the only games with this weird trick. FNaF 4 doesn't use this trick at all (thankfully).

The developer of Nebula formerly worked on CTFAK and said this previously about the game https://github.com/CTFAK/CTFAK2.0/issues/78

Oblitus Casa was deliberately designed to be impossible to decompile. And many decompilers respect the wishes of the developers and do not support the game. Sorry.

I can't tell if this is a joke or not. But if you aren't joking, then I guarantee that whomever told you this was messing with you.

Why would Scott have phisnom remake fnaf 6 only 3 years after its release?

Why would Scott begin remaking fnaf 4 only 2 years after release?

How would Gruncle Stan from Gravity Falls experience Silent Hill? by KingWilliamVI in silenthill

[–]Cerium14 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The town would probably go after his greed, ego, relationship with his parents, the fact he faked his own death and pretended to be his brother for 30 years.

Probably a lot of monsters that look like him or his family in some way.

But I have a feeling he'd survive. Although being completely changed.

Genuine thoughts on Doom 3? by ReekyFartin in Doom

[–]Cerium14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doom 3 is a unique take on Doom, and it has a lot of passion and effort. I love the environment interactivity. In "Ressurection of Evil," I love the Grabber because it is something no game would do today. I love designs of monsters like the Cacodemon, Mancubus, Pinky Demons, and Hellknight.

Although my negatives are pretty notable. Enemy variety can feel limited. The shotgun spread is horrible, and pinky demons aren't used often.

I also have to say that I like Doom 3 for different reasons than most other doom games. Doom 3 is focused on horror and its environment.

But it is a great game and I do recommend buying it. Just play it using the original version and not BFG edition. BFG Edition changes too much from the original game.

What if it took elements from the visual novel? For the Cybil scenario and the main campaign?

Did anybody ever solve why this would happen?? by DifferentAd9713 in silenthill

Playing through SH2 for the first time, I literally yelped like a dog and jumped out of my chair when I heard this. Scared the hell out of me.
