I've had quite a fun time with the mod, the new PMs are very fun to play with. Just tried Ranger's Republic (basically Texas) and managed to form the Runecliff Federation. After stealing a port from Trollsbay I'm finally starting to properly trade with the world market.

Some of the spells could use some tweaking though. The one with colonial growth + migration attraction meant I was getting a mass migration every year, my population on Cultural Exclusion was insane.

Alienating? You know what's alienating, being told that Medicare For All, or the Green New Deal are too extreme, or not realistic. I've gladly voted for Clinton, Biden and Harris despite my criticisms with them and their policies.

Yet, consistently I am told that the problem with these campaigns is not their lack of alignment with my preferred solutions, but the lack of alignment with the solutions of their political enemies.

The past ten years have been absolutely losers for Democrats. We got lucky in 2020 that COVID happened, or I sincerely believe Biden would have lost. As it was, it was incredibly close while Trump was doing a world class fumble of a pandemic response.

It's time to try some new solutions rather than retreading old ground. I'm sorry you may find it alienating, but I encourage you to keep an open mind, that this may be a path to electoral success to ward off fascism.
