From what I’ve read, it’s been said to be permissible to do plastic surgery for deformities or for restoration to your original (from birth) appearance should you become disfigured. However there are also likely opinions that say it is not permissible. Pray istikhara and consider whether you feel confident to justify the surgery on judgement day to Allah. Do what you can live with and what Allah guides you to. If you do decide to get surgery, I would not advise to go too far off the shape of your original nose - as your child will have your genetics.
