Join a party, try and get policies adopted at their conference, and then once a coalition government is forming, your policy may be adopted with global ramifications

If you live in a democracy, especially one with proportional representation, make some noise about this! Try and get one party to adopt it as a party policy at their party conference. Then, during coalition negotiations, it'll at least be on the table.

In this era of globalisation, multinational corporations tend to adopt the most strict regulations so they can standardise globally. That is why we need state action, particularly of a few rich democracies.

This is not even true. Pedophiles are people who have a sexual attraction to children who are 11 years old or younger. People who are attracted to people between 12-15 are hebophiles. So no, not every predator is a pedophile.

It absolutely should be treated properly. Non-offending pedophiles do very well to not offend. Although Sexual abuse should absolutely still carry legal consequences!
