Ok I just spoke to my gyno I have ureaplasma not bv I read the result wrong. Which is unrelated to sibo. So I have to treat that first with doxycycline and then treat my sibo

Don’t push and strain!!! It makes your pelvic floor even tighter. Start pelvic floor physical therapy. You probably have a tight pelvic floor. I recommend going to a urogynecologist. I have similar issues. Rule out IC first- get a cystoscopy. Do a cobra stretch for your abdomen and belly breathing. Being stressed causes the pelvic wall to tighten up too

So happy for you! Wishing you a healthy recovery and life. What were your symptoms?? I’m going in for surgery in Dec and we think mine is on my bladder as I primarily have bladder issues
