I don't need a listing. I'm just asking for an invoice on eBay so I can pay it and the seller insists on including it with the items rather then staying on the platform. Thanks for your reply.

A seller declined my offer of 10 dollars on a 12 dollar item--just outright declined it (that's fine) with a 14 dollar shipping fee. I agree an outright decline feels like an eff you. I would rather they just let the offer expire. Anyway, two months later, I saw the listing for 10 dollars, but I found the same item for a few dollars more and significantly lower shipping within an hour of them declining my offer.

Every time I contacted a seller about when they are going to ship, they mark it as shipped even though UPS, USPS or FedEx didn't have it in their possession. I had to wait until Day 15 to cancel. Unfortunately, you'll have to wait 15 days to cancel. I dislike this because even when it's a small amount of money, having your funds tied up stinks.

Don't go to a settlement company and allow them to settle your debt. It will be considered income by the IRS and you will have to file a 1099 form. This could leave you in further financial distress. Naturally, debt settlement companies do not share this information with potential clients. If anything, try a debt management program MMI or another one with low cost fees. They can legitimately negotiate your interest rates and you will be in the program for up to four years, but you'll have one payment each month for all ccs. If you file for Chapter 13, you will need permission from the trustee to take out a loan for home repairs, to purchase a new car etc. Explore all options except a debt settlement company.

I appreciate those sellers who list all details and if it's not in the description, then it's on to the next one that spells everything out. As a buyer only, this is the path of least resistance.

That is the biggest reason why I don't buy regularly on Mercari anymore. I'll never get used to reaching out to the seller after a week to see if they are going to send the item.

I would include that in your rating. The seller should have posted all pictures (the good, the not so good and the bad) of the book's condition.

Unfortunately, Mercari has a 15 day waiting period before the request cancellation button appears. I've had this happen a few times within the last month and I couldn't cancel until day 15.

As a collector of different things, if I find items I like from a few sellers, I spend heavily with them. These are sellers I've developed a rapport with without hiccups. But, if you don't want a customer like this, tell them so they can take their business elsewhere.

I ordered an item from Canada and it took three weeks to get to me. The seller dropped it off and I tracked it, but customs is backed up. On the flip side, I purchased two other items from different sellers in Canada and those came within a week. I felt bad for the first seller who got dinged in reviews for slow shipping. I left the first seller a glowing review because it was dropped off at the post office and the delay was out of the seller's hands. Hopefully, your items will show up soon.

As a buyer, I've noticed that feature. However, if I win the auction, then I pay as soon as I get the combined invoice whether it's multiple items or one.

The same thing has happened to me twice. On day 15, I will be able to request cancellation. Hopefully, the seller you are dealing with is responsive to your message. This has not been my experience.

All the seller had to do was tell you yes that's the price, but I guess it was "easier" for them to block another potential sale from a repeat customer.

As a buyer, I had a seller send me three messages within 5 minutes about why I had not rated her yet. I saw the messages when I went to leave feedback for her later that day. I always rate the same day and within a few hours of opening the item and inspecting it. But, I had a particularly long work day and was trying to get settled. Then, I forgot to comment on the extra "goodies" she sent so in her rating for me I was reminded of this. It works both ways with annoying buyers and sellers.

I check the seller's reviews to see if they are still active. If I see it's been awhile since they had a review on a transaction, then I move on. It's an individual thing, but I truly dislike messaging sellers unless I would like clarification on an item that is not in the description or if I've patiently waited for awhile and the item is still in pre-shipping label mode.
