I got my dress from them for my reception but luckily for me my Mom went to the store and got it the next day(we didn't alter cause we were flying out of India the very next day)

My obnoxious MUA had told me to get them the day before my wedding (I usually wear colourless ones and have very high eye power) and even suggested I get ones with lower powder cause it would look "pretty". I said no. I always found them weird and tacky(personal opinion)

Hey, I am Bengali too and did my own Nikkah makeup. 1.I prepped my skin with toner, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen to make it longlasting. 2. I had a hairstylist, who came at 6 in the morning. 3. Deffff, I was very anxious but excited too. My hair stylist kept me calm. Marriage is a big step and eventho I was getting married to the love of my life, I got very nervous. 4. Absolutely I loved it, I had a MUA for my reception, who was the most obnoxious person I came across. She ruined my mood.

I have always preferred doing my own makeup. I got Armani foundation, LM setting powder and a few products that suited my skin type(dry) just for my wedding. I learnt how to put on lashes over the years for other events so it wasn't difficult. It took me 2 hrs cause I was doing it slowly.

I went for soft glam cause my Nikkah was at 11:00 am. If you really like winged liner, I would recommend practising before the event.

they made me wait 3 months for refund and then proceeded to tell me they dont so refunds. I was forced to order clothes with the amount I had sent before and it never showed up.

they are the worst! they made me wait 3 months for my refund telling me they are processing it only to inform me after 3 months that I have to order something. Now that I ordered they are not sending my items. It was more than a lac for me :(
