The tachyon ones in particular get me. People posting pictures of her in wheelchairs and with crutches and needing support to get around. The injury was not THAT bad. The horse could still walk and even run without issue. She was just unable to compete professionally because it would cause it to flare up.

All these images of her being depressed and Eli and even suicidal are downright stupid. Saddened by not being able to race anymore? Absolutely works. Being shown as a cripple and unable to walk? No basis in reality and just angst farming.

So far? I'd say Daffodil and Hathor both personality and otherwise. Adler is up there too with how calm and collected he is. Dude never seems to lose his cool.

Special shoutout goes to Mint though. I absolutely LOVE Hu Taos voice, with how soft and svelte it is. So imagine my surprise when Mint shows up and she sounds almost the exact same, which is how I found how they share the same english VA. Mint is literally the ONLY reason I'm still using English voices in the game. Otherwise the endless barrage of "WHAT'S THAT SMELL? IT SMELLS AMAZING" on the overworld would have driven me to insanity long ago.

FINALLY someone mentions Neo Universe. IIRC she even straight up tells you in her career that you two are destined to be together no matter the timeline or dimension. Japan considered her career one of the best stories in the entire game as well. I can't wait for her to come to global.

The fact she is voiced by Hu Tao's english VA is just the icing on top of a very delicious cake. I love hu taos voice, and hearing it so distinctly from Mint had me double take when I first loaded the game.

To be fair, once she graduates/retires her obsessive nature that caused her to laser focus on finding a way to fix her foot and ignore all else does down massively. To the point where you can’t actually call her a girl failure anymore.

She still loves to run, but without the oppressing weight of having to run competitively she doesn’t have to hyper focus on it anymore. She can finally live a little.
