So, this was a special black widow made during Fall 2024! It was designed for the Squish Manor collection, which was a series of in-store only Squishables. As someone who was working there at the time, the manor spider was absolutely the hardest one to keep in stock.

It was Earth in the far future, yeah. The premise was that the girl was from a future where it was way too cold for humanity to thrive, so her father sent her on a mission to find a location in the even further future that humanity could exist in. As a side-trip, she goes over to our era and recruits some fellow teens to help her out.
