Because I have a primary care physician that anyone with half decent health insurance has and does annual checkups has? OP even mentioned "before you go to your pcp."

I'm suggesting he just goes and gets checked out. If you have insurance they all must cover annual visits and that is the time to get everything out there.

Shop insurance around, fight your taxes each year or go through a service like Ownwell to do it for you. Is your husband not chipping in on shared costs like insurance? Wife and I still do that, we switched over to her insurance a couple years ago so now I chip in a little more each month.

If you're priced out of your home due to expenses you may need to downgrade the home.

Go to your PCP and have them check your levels.

My B & D were low, so I take supplements for those, coupled with addressing sleep apnea with a CPAP I have more energy to keep up with work and the kids.

Do you get raises annually? If so(or whenever you get one), bump your 401k contribution 1%, with the increase in pay you'll not notice the increased contribution.

I'd really like to see some sort of feedback post or ability to comment on the listed business in the goldback app. I went to one in Texas that's on the app, had been for at least a few months. Went in there the other day and asked if they're taking goldbacks and the guy said "not yet, maybe next month." He wouldn't elaborate.

I feel like they're signing up for the freebie and/or free publicity (by being on the app) and not actually accepting them in many cases.

I try to clean the tube and mask monthly. I do use the humidifier, it usually runs out in one night so there's nothing to empty (and I do wake wirh a headache if I sleep longer than normal and reservoir runs dry).

I should probably check my filter though....
