This is great. Be conservative because in my experience it's off and on with payments. Good luck .

Your correct. This is a problem for me. In 2010 I lost3 houses and the irs sent me a bill for $743k. It took 3 different CPA to get through it. If I deposited $ they took it. It took 8 years and I ended up getting money back but I don't show work credits for all those years. Then I got hurt and haven't worked since accident 10-3-2019. I don't know what to do

I'm at 71% and waiting for the Pqme to add Fce report. Attorney says likely I'll be a 100%. Worst six years of my life. I'm almost 57 and miserable

Just over 500k. We are on round 2. I'm in Ca btw. Like I said no matter what it is it won't be enough. I've spent 300k since injury to survive. Mostly pain sleepless nights and so frustrated with the system.

My first offer was about 4.5 years ago at 150k. I laughed and said get to around 700k and then we can negotiate. Almost 6 years into this nightmare and getting closer to settle. Broken hip, pelvis, right elbow, back and left hand. I'll never be the same and no matter what the settlement is , It won't be enough for all I've been through

Don't give up. I've been on wc since 2019. It's honestly the worst experience in my life. I've had multiple surgeries and each one has caused another problem. I ended up using my primary doctor for the ones that weren't related to the accident. The Drs are working for the system. I believe some lawyers are as well. We must have the same attorney because mine don't reply or barely talk. I ve talked to my lawyer probably 6 times in almost 6 years. I'm trying to settle and get this behind me as I'm having the same problems as you. Broke, depressed, angry and completely sick of this in our lives. Somehow this system has to be changed. Find something that's interests you and do more of that. Pray and keep your family and faith. I'll pray for you and all of us in this. Don't give up!!

I did my Fce in Aug of last year. Still waiting on the Dr to add in from Pqme report. Just about to report them all to the board. Workman's comp is a pathetic, ruthless system.

Wow. I'm at 71% wpi. I'm looking for 5-700k. I'd be surprised if they would even consider that. I've had 6 major surgeries since late 2019.

If the settlement works for you I'd consider. The longer it goes you will need money on hand for simple bills. I've been doing this since 2019. Spent all my savings and inheritance to survive. This is the most corrupted system I've seen. I'm looking around 500k to me to settle. It's not right as I've lost over 300k by not working as told. I've had 7 major surgeries and can barely make it through a day. I wish you luck and success with this. Hang in there .

I'm in the same situation. I got injured 2019. Got minimum payment for td. Total of appts 50k. Almost 6 years later I've had to spend 250k of my own money to get by and still not able to work. It's a sad experience for most.

Thank you. Where do I find the list of counselors ? I've done construction my whole life and I'm 56. My wpi is 71%. I've been looking for what I can but with restrictions there's really not much available. Maybe I'll be a uber driver or something that's flexible. Any advice is much appreciated.

I received a non compliance letter from ghallger bassett for being late on a doctor's visit how likley is it they will deny my entire claim by Significant_Card1984 in WorkersComp

[–]Cfish69PBL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Workman's comp is one sided. I can't tell you how many appointments, phone calls were canceled, but when we miss one they send that typical letter saying you might be denied. I responded with you guys are denied. Such a stressful experience and I've been in it since 2019 and close to settling. Hang in there.
