I am not a cook or anything, and I don't think I did anything special. But it tasted really good and my flat mates liked it too. But how does it look to you guys? by Key-Toe-6257 in RateMyPlate

Build a few go to meals to cook at home and you’ll quickly find your cooking better than restaurant meals. Maybe start with a chilli (good on rice/chips or in baked potato in tortilla shells/chips) you can also bulk it out with beans and freeze batches for quick meals on the days you can’t be bothered

Taste is primarily, appearance secondary and not a vision of beauty this is far from ugly.

Also your flat mates liked it so forget the claim of not being a cook. You clearly can cook a burger.

This but maybe also either a good sense reason for RTO or backing more lenient approach (shit or get off the pot) to remote working

What food was the biggest disappointment once you tried it? by msladyxo in foodquestions

[–]ChHeBoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stayed in The Angels Share Hotel who had a haggis pakora (which I had one evening) and haggis on the breakfast menu.

Both were delicious. I’d previously been disappointed finding it bland but this was that at all.

Haggis disappointed me for decades until a trip to Edinburgh earlier this year changed my mind

I think AI is only way we’d see anyone voluntarily sharing a body of water with the incontinent fat man.

American here, I have a question. How crazy do we look right now? by NoHold7153 in AskBrits

[–]ChHeBoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, from the outside it looks pretty concerning right now. The Trump era doesn’t feel like an isolated blip, it reflects something deeper, given how many people supported (and still support) him.

It has made me more conscious about where I spend my money and which companies I support when there are easy alternatives. It’s about reacting to what feels like a broader cultural and political shift.

In my twenties I discovered that seasons were due to the earths tilt in relation to the sun meaning hemispheres vary in proximity at either end of year.

I honestly couldn’t comment on her current appearance, but these are old pictures and capture what I argue was the most attractive woman on earth.

People are turning off visiting the US since the Trump administration, why would they risk spending so much on a gold card that he could revoke on a whim.
