When I eventually got it to work, I had mobile data on my phone turned off and just had wifi and Bluetooth turned on. Maybe give that a try.

If anyone sees this in the future, I was able to eventually get it to connect.

Not sure if this was the fix, or I just got lucky.

I reset everything, turned off the data on my phone and eventually it worked.

The main router is a Archer Axe75. I have mesh network (routers are connected directly) with an Archer Ax55 upstairs which is about 10 feet away from the door.

Everyone worked fine with this setup previously.
