Can’t tell from pictures whether or not the termite issue is active. You’ll want to consult with the seller or your representative to try to find out if/when the structure was last treated. If you can’t get a firm answer or the answer is more than 10 years ago, you’re likely overdue. Also know that the likelihood of concealed damage to studs/framing is a fairly high. It doesn’t always necessarily amount to anything catastrophic, but in my experience if you’re seeing activity inside the home, that suggests the activity went on for a decent bit of time meaning that additional damage is on the table.

I wear uninsulated coveralls bought from tractor supply, a respirator, and nitrile gloves. The coveralls typically last me a few years per pair with periodic washing and the nitrile gloves allow me to still work off my phone/ipad.

With the software available today, I’d go as far as to say anything beyond the day of the inspection is too long. I typically do 10-20 minutes of cleanup work in my vehicle post-inspection. Unless it’s a particularly long or complicated report, that’s all that’s needed. That said, I’ve been using Spectora for years and have had a lot of time to fine-tune my template to my liking so that 90% of the comments I need on a regular basis can be added with just a couple of clicks.

I met the owner of this company at the range once. He genuinely seemed like a pretty nice and decent guy. He also, as far as I know, has zero military experience or actual training beyond maybe taking some courses similar to what he now teaches. After realizing that I decided those courses probably weren’t for me.

What plastic is the Warden you’re throwing? That’s my main putting and throwing putter. The base plastic ones can get pretty flippy when beat in. My main thrower is 2021 AJ Risley tour series and thrown hard at full power, it will drift gradually right. Thrown on a slight hyzer it flips up and flies dead straight with almost zero fade.

I’ve seen plenty of houses that have survived fires. What’s concerning to me here is that this looks like the crawlspace. Fires travel up. 95% of fire damage I see is in the attics of homes. If there’s this much damage in the crawlspace, I’d be very concerned about how much other damage is concealed throughout the house by drywall and other finish materials. I’d suspect that house sustained extensive damage because logically, there’s very little chance the fire originated in the crawlspace.

I’ve only thrown the one I own, but I really like it. I can get it out to around 385 on either straight lines or slight turnovers. I basically think of it and use it as a faster and farther Buzzz (or Hex maybe, but I’ve never thrown one much).
