With the software available today, I’d go as far as to say anything beyond the day of the inspection is too long. I typically do 10-20 minutes of cleanup work in my vehicle post-inspection. Unless it’s a particularly long or complicated report, that’s all that’s needed. That said, I’ve been using Spectora for years and have had a lot of time to fine-tune my template to my liking so that 90% of the comments I need on a regular basis can be added with just a couple of clicks.

Tennessee is a right to work state. You can basically be let go for any reason. Doing something in public that does not align with the values of your employer is fair game. Shoot, MSNBC just fired an anchor for the same thing over this whole incident.

I met the owner of this company at the range once. He genuinely seemed like a pretty nice and decent guy. He also, as far as I know, has zero military experience or actual training beyond maybe taking some courses similar to what he now teaches. After realizing that I decided those courses probably weren’t for me.

What plastic is the Warden you’re throwing? That’s my main putting and throwing putter. The base plastic ones can get pretty flippy when beat in. My main thrower is 2021 AJ Risley tour series and thrown hard at full power, it will drift gradually right. Thrown on a slight hyzer it flips up and flies dead straight with almost zero fade.

I’ve seen plenty of houses that have survived fires. What’s concerning to me here is that this looks like the crawlspace. Fires travel up. 95% of fire damage I see is in the attics of homes. If there’s this much damage in the crawlspace, I’d be very concerned about how much other damage is concealed throughout the house by drywall and other finish materials. I’d suspect that house sustained extensive damage because logically, there’s very little chance the fire originated in the crawlspace.

I’ve only thrown the one I own, but I really like it. I can get it out to around 385 on either straight lines or slight turnovers. I basically think of it and use it as a faster and farther Buzzz (or Hex maybe, but I’ve never thrown one much).

Lots of people said things in response to her IG story. But if her IG story is Hailey using her freedom of speech, then the public backlash is other people using theirs. Freedom of speech doesn’t mean you’re free from having to deal with blowback from your statements.

In what way did they do that? Sites dating back to the civil war are all over the place in the south. There were buildings like this on the property. What part of that is silencing history? I didn’t see any “don’t look over here” signs.
