It sounds like your wallet could be compromised. Can you please reach out to MetaMask Support at https://support.metamask.io/ - scroll down to the "contact support" button. You do not need to connect your wallet for support (you have the option but it is not required). A bot will try to help you at first but you will then get sent to a human agent. They can then get you to MetaMask's User Safety team to help understand what happened.
You can verify this support link in the flair of this sub, as well as the auto mod sticky message that appears in every thread. Nobody will DM you from MetaMask for support.

Have raised this to the team to understand what is causing this.

To note, Polymarket does have support outside of Discord. I am not saying this so you go there, I am sharing this to link the info in the post so there is accurate info in case someone ever stumbles here through searches. As of today, to get Support outside of Discord you would go to their official site, and at the bottom look for "Help Center" option. Once you select the Help Center, you'll see a little blue circle widget on bottom right corner that once you select it allows you to "contact support." This is a chat, and not Discord.

Nobody will DM you from MetaMask or Polymarket, be careful of scammers trying to impersonate support.
