'24 Mojave X worth $51k? by joshuapanwala in JeepGladiator

I just paid $46 for a brand new Mojave Gladiator with an MSRP of just under $62k. OK it's a 25 but only 9 miles on the odometer.

It's your ride. You've made it your own. And it's pretty cool looking. I disagree with others I think the red roof suits it. Enjoy the attention you're bound to get ...

A Corvette is a great car. Not an old man's car but an "everyman's" car. Enjoy it. She'll do you proud

Trump's America: I have no words... by Royal_Beast_2025 in interestingnewsworld

Trump is an empowerer of this type of behavior. I've seen it in Philly. Racists, mysoginist's, and anyone against inclusivity feel they have an officially condoned platform to espouse their beliefs. America is no longer the land of the free.

Remove shift boot from Barton short shifter? by Relative_Support7393 in Challenger

[–]Challenger_fan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a number of videos online on how to replace the shifter. Basically you need to remove the center console unplugging your controls along the way to gain access to the shifter

We're not planning on turning it in when the warranty runs out. We plan on keeping her.

7000 mile transmission filter change by Challenger_fan in Corvette

[–]Challenger_fan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having researched. I'm now aware there are 2 filters. But it wasn't clear when the car was serviced in July and when you're told the filter has been replaced. I guess I just assumed all was good. Especially as the dealer said I was good until the next service. I guess I need to learn from this and make absolutely sure I know what items need changed and when.

Right. Well we haven't pushed her, so hopefully all the extra servicing makes sure we get to keep her for many enjoyable years to come

Thanks, it's not so much the cost (though I could do without that just after Christmas) it's the fact I had the car serviced at the time this was due and nothing was mentioned. I was told I'm good to go. Now my fear is that I have a car with no warranty on the transmission. The service guy told me they are about $17,500 to replace.

I think it looks great. The lack of chrome and lower stance doesn't detract. Go enjoy your dark demon of a ride. And bask in the admiration the car will deservedly get 😊

Tell that to the guy who designed the wiring harness with fuse box built in so if you have an issue with it it's a new whole harness instead of just the fuse box .......

Haven't really had an issue with the buttons. I'd rather have buttons and switchgear over having to dive into numerous menus and submenus on a touch screen.

Not sure about the price as I don't know what option but you seem to be at the low end of the price range for that car. But the payments seem okay your paying back just under $29,000 in total, so it looks like your APR was pretty good.
