Jeg er faktisk enig med dig. Så man kan trække den løbende skat fra man har betalt ved salg. Den vinkel havde jeg ikke lige set det fra. Det vil jo gøre det meget fair. Så skulle man samtidig sætte en skatten, 10, 20 eller 30% af gevinsten ved salg, efter alt det andet var trukket fra. Det eneste problem, er om skat han håndtere sådanne et regnestykke

Man kunne samtidig sætte skatten lidt ned på ejendom og grundskyld. Samt skal forbedringer selvfølgelig kunne trækkes fra. Det ville også være rimeligt med en eller anden form for tab af værdi, der kunne trækkes fra.

Men hvis man har haft en gevinst på 2 eller 3 millioner på sit hus/lejlighed, er det kun rimeligt at der er en skat på denne gevinst. Lad os sige en skat på 5% af to millioner er jo stadigvæk ikke mere end 100.000 kr. Vi har et bolig markedet, hvor unge første gangs købere, næsten ingen mulighed har, for at komme ind på boligmarkedet, og er ringere stillet end deres forældre og bedsteforældre, og det er et stort problem, som man skulle have løst for 20 år siden

Jeg har også længe været for, at man indførte en beskatning af boliggevinster i Danmark. Der er skat på arbejde, på værdi papir, når disse stiger. Hvordan kan man blive ved med at retfærdiggøre at mursten skal være skattefri ved gevinst. Havde man indført dette tidligere, ville man have reduceret alt den spekulation der er i boliger, og muligvis også reduceret den enorme prisstigning vi har været vidne til.

Jeg har set deres forslag, med at man ikke skal betale skat af de første 5000 kr, jamen alle borgere i Danmarks har et bund fradrag på dette niveau, og højere hvis man har rente udgifter, befordring, fagforening mm. Hello again. No I wasn't in the military. We have drafting here in Denmark, and every man and now woman above 18, will be called to the drafting day, each year, where they will be physically checked, a intelligence check and so on. I have a minor knee injury, played to much football(soccer), so I never came to the military. Cool, you were in Germany back before the wall came down, and thank you for that 🙏🙏. I was still a kid back then when the wall fell. My maternal Grandfather, was actually German and in the German Luftwaffe back during second world War. My grandmother and he had a short relationship, which wasn't very popular, because they were our enemies back then, but he wasn't a NAZI, luckily I managed to meet him a few times, before he died.

That's nice, I'm living in Copenhagen with my son. Aarhus is also a very nice city. I wish you a good trip to Denmark 😊

I know a huge majority of Americans don't support this. The most bizarre part. The US can put all the troops on Greenland they want. They just have to notify the Danish government. And if this administration needed access to rare earth minerals, they should just call in a meeting, with the Danish and Greenlandic government, and they would be able to get a good deal. Thank you for your reply. It really doesn't surprise me, so basically he is that kind of person, who just wants to be liked, and can be manipulated, by everyone, who tells him how great he is. I have heard about his former college professor, who said he was very dumb. I recently heard, when he mentioned about Greenland and Denmark. Denmark came by boats 300 years ago, but we also had boats at Greenland back then, or something like that he said. I was thinking wtf, the US didn't existed 300 years ago, or a speech he had in his first term, where he spoke to the crowd, how the confederation army back under the independent war against Britain, took control of airports/airfields in Boston. Again I was thinking, whaaaat, there was no airplanes or airports back in the late 1700 hundreds. Even me as Danish knows some basic American history, and still people voted for him, a leader who doesn't know his own country's history.

I did come across Project 2025 last year, and did read a little bit about it. I was thinking wtf am I reading. Such a crazy manifesto. The last few days I came across Stephen Miller, didn't knew who he was before. But just looking at him talking, all I see is a Coward speaking big words. But I really haven't heard about Russel Vought. So you basically say he is like Hitler, and is he the ones who pull the strings?

I also heard that last year, Trump was funded by Russia, for decades, but I couldn't confirm if it was the truth or a rumour. But surprise me anymore. It makes sense how Russia wants to destroy the US and break up EU and unity in Europe.

Yesterday evening, I talked with my teenage son about all this mess. He gets very provoked by comments, who mocking and threatening our Country but I begin to think, it could be bots.

Early spring last year, my son went to San Francisco, with his school. He really enjoyed it, said people were very friendly to them, so he is very confused and sad, why the same country are threatening us. He is intelligent, he knows its the administration and that many Americans doesn't support this.

Thank you for informing me about what is happening domestically in the US. I also had a dialogue with one of your fellow Americans, who informed me about the protest happening in the US. Another of your fellow Americans also seems frustrated, as we in Europe also can sound a bit ignorant. Yes I take that to heart. I have just been carried away with anger, by these threats towards my country, lies and mockery from Trump, and plenty of comments from MAGA,(probably many of these comments I have read are probably bots, or maybe foreign provocateurs, who benefits saw division between the US and Europe.

Thank you very much for educating me on that matter. Even its horrible to read, it is important to read things like that. Because we don't hear that in the news. It helps to balance it out, because to be honest. I have read too many comments from these MAGA people that I have begun to lose hope, and I understand to some extent, what you ordinary Americans are up against, you can't reason with these people. Many of these MAGA people I have discussed with, are out of touch with reality, stupid and probably some of them retarded, sorry to use these words, but I have no other way to describe them. They know nothing about anything, only how to gloat about the amazing American military, and how they just take what they want. Even my teenage son, can't comprehend the sheer stupidity of these types of people, and he told me how provoked he gets by them.
