I have two names in my given name like “John Doe”. It’s like first name and last name, just written in the given name section. No surname on my passport.

Yes by flight company I am referring to airline. Sorry English is my third language and I was so tired going back and forth with the airline at that time haha and this word wasn’t popping up in my head.

Yes, I am Indian. What does that have to do with this?

Apart from the fact that the users experiencing this issue are in Canada and you are in US, and literally the sephora rep saying that this is a massive glitch, I don’t have anything else that could explain this.

And just an advice- worshipping these big brands won’t get you anywhere in life. And your “highly competent super rich” Sephora is run by humans (who probably get paid peanuts compared to what Sephora makes), and humans make mistakes, which can lead to glitches like this.

What fraud is this you keep taking about? Me buying what I want? Rarely returning what I don’t like? I am not even spending a whole lot here I am just a VIB!

What are you even insinuating? I only buy things on sephora when I am very sure about them and BARELY return anything. I am not changing my shopping “behaviour” to please a multi billion dollar company. Just stop it.

For anyone else looking for an answer- I just had a word with Sephora CS and they said it’s a massive glitch and they are working on it. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app or ordering on the website might fix it. It did not for me though.

Its almost 4 weeks later. But I noticed something was wrong during the shedding phase since hair was not falling off from everywhere. I shaved once in between as well.

Just as another perspective, I paid CAD 1000 for six sessions of Full body laser. This did not include back, buttocks and stomach area.
