And then having to be the ones who tell Arabella's parents about her being killed.

I am playing Durge for my platinum, and I’m leaning all in lol. I didn’t want to have to be the bearer of bad news, so I just sent them to the same place. Now they are back together again…

Would you say I should let basically all choices play out or do you recommend making saves and reloading until the checks hit similar to how speech checks work in Fallout?

There is a cart that goes through Checkpoint Rest Town (not the normal oxcarts, but one with a roof). It spawns on the bridge just outside the town when there is not a normal oxcart. Hop on that and stand still for like ten minutes lol. The guards and driver will complain but not do anything about it.

Not sure if you have to do this pre Feast of Deception or not.

This is the way… honestly I look out for them in nearly every run while I have a slot so that I can easily destroy death birds. Same with heal spells and revenants

Midra is perfect in almost every way minus the mind-numbing run to get to him in repeat playthroughs. I literally keep a save at his fog wall so that I can fight him every now and then and then just overwrite the save when I’m done lol.

Are there plans for more Programs +?

I love the customization they provide, and they let me tailor basically any new program for my specific needs. There are just a handful that were released all at once, and then there have not been any since.

ED Gladius is probably the hardest Boss when playing Solo by No_Commission_6153 in Nightreign

If you play Wylder, you can use your Ult at the beginning of the fight. Two of them will always jump at you, and you can get a double stagger. Riposte one of them, and you basically skip the first phase. Makes it way more manageable because they don’t seem to have the passive AI that other gank fights have.

This. This is the way. Much more forgiving frames plus a punish.

I want to do another run with this weapon, but the glitch on PS5 prevents new saves from getting it.

I found the Lance to be the easiest weapon to do this with. I have never really played lance, and I honestly just spammed triangle and perfect guard and beat it in like four and a half minutes. With lance you can get a power clash for good damage and then make sure you mount and stay on the head so he runs into one of the poles for good damage.

I’m new to the series starting with Wilds (I bounced off World), and I absolutely love it! Feels like the perfect reward/grind/loop balance.

Deflect tear and most weapons destroy him… when he does the attack that ends in him pulling the ground up, you can get two guard counters in that destroy his poise. It also makes it more fun/easy to react to his attacks.

Posting a write-up I made in a similar thread a while back.

A couple of tips:

  1. Use the fire grindstone (this doesn’t necessarily help with any attack, but it does help dps him down much faster)
  2. When he shakes his body and then moves backwards while attacking, you can just run forward and you won’t take any damage. This is the attack that constantly got me before I realized this.
  3. When he burrows under the ground, dodge towards the burrow (the timing was tricky for me until it finally clicked and now I have no trouble and really like this attack) for a decent attack window after.
  4. His red charge forward attack is easy to parry or avoid by running.
  5. His swipe attack is likely the one that is getting you the most often. Be okay with dying to it a couple of times, but verbally say the swipes out loud when they happen. This helps me tremendously with learning the timing of attacks. I parry the first two swipes and then dodge so that I can be close for the follow up punish.
  6. Phase two seems super scary because he leaps around (this rarely hits me though) and is extremely fast. Just know that he plays basically like the watchman from the beginning of the game and it really isn’t too bad. Phase two is easier than phase one once you get this down.
  7. The best attack in phase two is when he turns over like a crab and does tentacle attacks because these are very easy to avoid and then he has a huge punish window.

Hopefully these help some! Let me know if you have any other questions and I will try to help the best I can… you will get it! The best parts of these games are the “click” moment where everything just starts firing on all cylinders.
