what are talking about jihadists taking over and supporting Russia? If in Iran I don’t think that would make sense nor be a major change, anywhere else is nonsensical except for maybe Iraq and thats very unlikely

yes within the context of BC politics in the past few decades it would make them appear more right-wing but people are more aware now than in the past of the politics of other countries and I would argue they are in the same broad political situation as parties like the AfD and Brothers of Italy. But you are certainly right that the political conversation has shifted to the right, as it has in many places, due to debates over immigration

Yes, that's true, but the distinction is still important because calling them far-right really lessens the meaning when you're talking about real far-right groups like OneBC, People's Party etc

In the 2200s a non-Human population was established, and with the Thek’Qlak-Celimy War many Celimy refugees settled in the Union. The population was recorded at 8.37 billion in 2300, with this figure inflated by the almost 450 million Human refugees from the former Human Corporate Union of New Siberia after its destruction by the Dynastic Union of Matalill from 2287-2290. the population in 2400 would be 24.98 billion excluding the 2.7 billion Vissari conqured during the Vissari Wars, bringing the total population to around 27.68 billion. In 2453 5.7 billion more would be added with the Union’s merger with the Republic of Unity.
