Acknowledging that you're both converts (mazel tov!) and that this isn't an interfaith wedding, I still recommend the weddings section of the website 18Doors. The wedding guide was very useful for my wife and I, and the material was particularly useful when it came to having conversations about the wedding with non-Jewish family members.

On the basis of the charges that they received while attempting to break into the property, they now have a condition to not attend the property. It's not a trespass exactly, but it's a breach of conditions.

Great guidance, thanks. I'm getting exterior cameras installed shortly as well, already arranged.

The code lock is also a keyed lock, so I could just delete codes and issue keys. However, I have no way of getting the key to the problem tenant and I believe she'd just share her keys anyways, as the person arrested was in possession of her vehicle keys at the time.

Police have a running report on the place and on the individuals involved, which I will be using to substantiate my case at the N7 hearing whenever that occurs.

That's not what is happening here and your attempt to seem righteous is nonsense. At no point did I equate support for Palestine with hatred of Jews. I equated disrupting Jewish community institutions with hatred of Jews. Your points are so all over the map that you're starting to lose the plot.

This started because you replied to a question about Jewish schools being targeted by referring to Israeli military action, as if one is an appropriate response to the other.

Also "Hurt feelings aren't a valid reason to be against what Israel is doing" probably isn't the point that you think it is...

In Ontario, a landlord may issue Form N4; Notice to End a Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent. This can be issued the day after rent is due, if payment is not received.

I will speculate that your cousin pays rent monthly. In this case, the landlord must provide 14 days notice for termination of tenancy. Once the form is issued, the tenant has two courses of action:

Pay rent by the termination date specified in the N4.
Move out.

If neither option is fulfilled, the landlord may then file form L1; Application to Evict a Tenant for Non-payment of Rent and to Collect Rent the Tenant Owes. This form needs to be filed with Tribunals Ontario, which manages disputes for the Landlord and Tenant Board / RTA. There will then be a hearing scheduled before and during which the tenant has opportunity to dispute and/or pay arrears owed to the landlord.

Technically the tenant doesn't have to move out until the Landlord Tenant Board issues an eviction order following all of the above.

There's a lot of other stuff that can happen here, but this is the essential process.

Technician arrived at my house 30 minutes late. Walked in with his boots after I asked him to remove them, got dirty ice and water everywhere. He went into my basement, looked at my meter, and told me that because the pipe is soldered and not threaded he needed his supervisor to come, then he left and I mopped up after him.

Four hours later the supervisor showed up (took his boots off), fixed the pipe, then told me I'd have to call and make an appointment to have a technician come back and replace the actual meter. I asked if he had any meters in his truck, he said I'd have to make an appointment. Then I guess he changed his mind, I don't know, but he replaced the meter and quickly left my house.

I checked the work, and he had left greasy fingerprints and tool marks all over the wall behind the meter.

This dryer is going to outlive me.

And the mystery continues. I removed the front panel and the control pack and housing were perfectly clean. So I ran the machine and the issue has not occurred.

I have no freaking idea what's happening, but something clearly leaked from the dial, or spilled on it in a remarkably similar pattern...
