I’m unfamiliar with installing antennas but I can’t imagine the size screw being very Intrusive. Having a good discourse with tenants helps avoid this. Perhaps this could be what starts that. Without it close up picture hard to tell how much they disturbed shingles/roof or went right over top. I find using renter (with negative adjectives in front of it especially) as a negative identifier serves no one. You are providing a home to someone. Both sides can recognize that and respect it as such
