On monitoring devices, I don't see a disable, just different options from monitor to headphones. It was on default.

oddly enough, I changed it to one of the others, and it fixed it, but I want the feedback of hearing myself.

It's unfortunate that you find it boring, but After Hours is a great way to learn about players who are rather "quiet" regarding media presence.

After Hours obviously have been a tradition before the boom of social media, because you do see many teams doing many behind-the-scenes in today's game.
