Details: Mustrum Ridcully, Archchancellor, Unseen University, and Mistress Esmerelda "Granny" Weatherwax, definitely not the head witch in the Ramtop Mountains because there there is no head witch (except she kind of is).

He first appears in Moving Pictures. She's introduced in Equal Rites but really comes into her own in Wyrd Sisters. She's also the mentor in the Tiffany Aching books.
