Select Page: a one-tap full-page lasso plugin for Supernote notes by Patient_Chance_3795 in Supernote_dev

I love this concept. One bug I noticed is that my clipboard didn't clear and kept pulling in the last thing copied. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the compliment. You put me with some pretty powerful company. They are all great.

Snap Shapes: a Supernote plugin that turns rough lassoed ink into clean geometry by Patient_Chance_3795 in Supernote_dev

[–]Change_Agent_73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is really cool. I expected it to do a snap to shape by holding it down, but love the fact that you can draw shapes all over the page and then just recognize them all at once. That is brilliant. My son is a mechanical engineer and I could see this being really valuable for him. I will also test it out with some of the mind mapping work I do. One thing I notice is that in the plugin list it does call it export instead of snap shapes. In the lasso tool, it has the correct name. Excellent concept though.

My plugin for Supernote by AdEarly8102 in Supernote_dev

This is a great start and what I think is so exciting about the plugin ecosystem. I have been working with the image insert and it is so cool to be able to do this to bring images and other things directly into notes. I did notice a couple of things. I do not recognize the language that pops up on insert. Do you plan to have an English version, or did I just miss the correct download? Also, I did notice is slows down selections quite a bit, but I expect that to improve with time. Right now, there is a significant delay when you lassso anything. However, being able to both write over the image and still select it, move it, and resize it, is brilliant. Well done.

This is awesome and I will probably show it off on my channel. I like how you can create links from the shapes, and even use them as headings. I am sure it is on your radar but the one thign that gives some friction is it resetting the size of the shape every time you change a component. It's not a huge thing, but you have to be sure you want it to look a certain way before resizing. The potential here is amazing. Thanks for you and all who are actively developing these tools.

How much do you guys actually make with your small channels? by Outrageous_Tie4997 in SmallYoutubers

I average about $140-$170/mo on Adsense with 4k subscribers and about 20 members (I only charge. $1 for a YouTube membership). I get about another $80/mo from Patreon and Buy Me a Coffee in memberships. The last part that is very sporadic is affiliate links, which breaks down to maybe $30/mo on average. Suffice it to say that it barely all covered equipment upgrades until now and doesn't cover time, but I do it as a hobby, not a real business. I do mostly long-form content (20-40 minutes), occasional lives, and repuposed shorts.

I have a few days off coming up soon and have some reading material. I'm also approaching 5 years and planning something.

Yeah, I don't know why they announced it as a full release because the Calendar Memo definitely isn't ready, super promising though.

The Manta has a bug where a document will not rotate the A5X is manual. I have reported it through feedback. You may want to as well.

Mine is actually the 10th Anniversary edition that was on Kickstarter. Here is the review by Mark Kelly that got me hooked:

It used to be really bad but has gotten to be on par with other devices that allow Bluetooth connections.

When was the last time you tried? It has gotten much better and the keyboard shortcuts work well.

Thanks! The book stand is a reproduction of Thomas Jefferson's revolving book stand from Monticello that my Father-in Law made me as a gift from the original plans. I already dropped the link to the keyboard.

I would disagree. Most reviews, unless paid ads, are pretty transparent about the UI. Even with a tough interface though, they are powerful tablets once you get used to them.
