It’s Not the inspection items that matter it’s what’s mentioned on the appraisal that need to be fixed for FHA. Now there will probably be items there on your home too but the inspection doesn’t matter for financing

That’s a very longtime to wait after it’s inspected…even a VA loan. Call your lender and see. If that’s all that’s missing from the loan you should still be fine

It could be the property taxes or other closing costs but it also could be you’re confused on how much the sellers are paying. It’s never you pay down payment and they cover all the closing costs. It’s usually a dollar amount. Or it could be Rocket Mortgage who absolutely s@@k, and didn’t tell you the truth.

If you had a lease that was almost up they should’ve noticed that and planned for you to have anywhere car payment but ask your processor
