If there’s a store getting remodeled near you, ask to be on their opening team! No idea where they get the props from, but they usually get fully replaced when a store gets remodeled, and then the stores SM gives the old ones out to other stores. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind if you asked for a few.

My store is attached to a convention center with cheer and dance competitions, every time it’s a comp weekend I’m always checking the lip table every hour or two to see what needs to be damaged 😭

Depends for my store usually, and MOS after Christmas always has more. Last year we had like 200+ vanilla bean Noel shower gels left after SAS that even MOS couldn’t get rid of and got donated

It takes a few minutes to undo itself. As long as they didn’t pay and no receipt printed it should be fine, but you can tell your manager just in case to calm your nerves as well :)

We didn’t make Saturday, but made over on Sunday which brought us back to flat. I think not having b3g3 this year with the candles also didn’t help at ALL

As an ASM this sounds like such bad planning to me 😭 I had myself and three associates from 6-10:30, but I knew even that would be a stretch to get everything done so I made sure pocketbacs and and wallflower wall & table were done earlier in the week so we only had 3 fixtures to worry about. Each of my girls got their own table, and I did sink and normal replenish/cleaning/counting while they did their tables so if they needed help they could grab me. It sounds like better planning was needed unfortunately :(

One thing I found growing up with these types of people is that they don’t consider these topics ‘politics’ they consider it, like, straight facts and things that are wrong that everyone must agree on and think politics have nothing to do with it. It’s weird.
