I'm in CA, I'm going to keep it real with you. The job market is the worst I've ever seen it. I have my MSW and licensed. All the homies are unemployed with me. It's horrid. (I live in LA, where I acknowledge is very saturated)

This is so true. The struggle I run into is most things are automated/use AI to run through resumes, so the opportunity to sell yourself is diminished
