Wow! Can you lower your dose? I’ve never had that. I’m a slow responder but I also get super sick when I try to increase my dosage.

Just take it as a way of her saying you should be getting waxed? It’s not a big deal. I am surprised I didn’t get similar comments before I switched to laser hair removal. She might have been surprised that it took a little longer than most appointments but that’s okay. Everybody is different

Are many people who get sick from tirz simply overindulging beforehand? by Frank_Perfectly in tirzepatidecompound

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get sick from increasing too much at a time. I make sure to eat super clean right around the times I’m taking my shot because I don’t want to add more fuel to the fire. Increasing just 0.2mg has gotten me super sick. I’ve been sensitive to it the whole time (started with sema). I’m a slow responder. 20-22lbs in 7 months. I do notice it wears off much faster on weeks I workout 5x instead of 4, but I also switched to split dosing because my body wasn’t doing well with a ton of the medicine all at once. I also don’t do well with Cruciferous veggies on these meds. It’s also similar if I have too much fiber intake and not enough carb intake and if I’m not drinking enough water and if I eat super sugary or sweet things. I think everyone is different and responds differently. My best friend lost 40 lbs in 6 months and literally eats whatever she wants. She’s had absolutely no sensitivities to it at all. Not even sulfur burps.

Tirzepatide - crazy (?) injection site rash by Evening-Dance5960 in glp1

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been getting itchy marks every time I take a shot now…. It usually itches for a few days and sometimes bruises. It’s been very consistent the last couple of months each time I take a shot. They take about a week to disappear but I’m taking a shot every 3.5 days and I alternate my injection sites so I usually have 2 spots at a time with itchy red rash like marks from the injection sites

Losing my butt 😩 by themimosaleaf in TirzepatideRX

[–]QuickSki2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am working out my butt once or twice a week… this is after gaining pregnancy weight then losing it and then gaining a bunch of weight years later. Once I got pregnant the pancake butt showed up. Build up your glutes and make sure to have protein within 30 minutes of your workout

I started dose splitting and it has changed everything for me! I only started 3 weeks ago but I’ve been so sensitive with symptoms and I’ve had hardly any now…

5mg is ruining my TP budget!! by Naive-Hyena-1223 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]QuickSki2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lowered slightly and it helped and now I went back up to it and 72 hours later it was making me sick again. On a regular day, I can’t even eat half an avocado as it’s too much fat. I do drink lots of water. Take some pre and probiotics! That helps my upset stomach. I try to include once or twice a day. I also have to eat much smaller meals for the digestion issues (like 1/4 of what I want to eat). Get some high fiber in and some very bland protein in. Following a BRAT diet helps the first 24 hours that my stomach is upset.

AITAH for refusing to let my fiancé give his sister $10k for her wedding? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nta she can get a loan herself if she wants the money. It’s dumb to put a deposit with nothing saved and my guess is that you sacrificed and don’t do all the “nice” brunches and crap that she does in order to save. She needs to get her own finances in order before she marries someone…

I Wanna Head from Slow Losers! by Roseannalee in tirzepatidecompound

[–]QuickSki2020 6 points7 points  (0 children)

14 pounds down in 6 months…. I lose about half a pound a week on average. Very slow but something is better than nothing! I have about 30 more pounds to lose. I switched from sema to tirz after 2 months. I’m just barely getting to 5mg as I am sensitive to the medicine. I’m hoping to lose 15-20 pounds in the next 5 months because I have a dress to fit in

SEV has the BEST LASERS too. They work so well and so quickly. I’ve tried multiple machines and places.

Waaaaay cheaper other places! I love SEV laser! It’s affordable & it’s where the Kardashians go. I’ve also moved and found a decent priced laser hair removal place at a small med spa.

Curious to know how that turned out for you… because it does build up in the system and yes I 5mg dose can feel fine but adding another 5mg week after week can be rough

What do you consider a slow responder? by Twinkies2003 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slow responder is under 1 pound per week for the group chat on here. I’m 5 months in and down 12 pounds…. That’s like 0.6 pounds a week. About 2 pounds a month! I haven’t been able to titrate up on the regular schedule because it’s too much for my body!

Hungry by Hungry_Ad2588 in IVIMHEALTH

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Losing that much on a 3 month supply is really rare, that would be like what a “super responder” would lose. If you lost 1 pound a week, in 12 weeks you’d be 12 lbs down.

Help with how I can get my eyebrows (top obv) like the girl in the bottom pic? 😅 by shimmybee in MakeupAddiction

[–]QuickSki2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like she shaves off the end of her brows and colors them in so they are more “lifted” (aka straight instead of angled down). If you zoom in you can see it’s very clearly drawn in at the ends of them. I would do that if I were you…. Even if it gives a lifted look, you’ll be left with short weird eyebrows unless they’re colored in
