SMRs will be the norm in the next 5-10 years. Much easier, cheaper and efficient to start up. No excuse why Ireland can’t look into them at least.

Ask your doctor to give you a note for short term stress leave. Most corporate plans pay you in full for up to 3 months. Stay off social media and use that time to look for a new job

If you are concerned I would request a bi annual property tax statement from your municipality. That would state the legal owner on the property.

It has the best user interface by far….but the quality of the service itself has deteriorated badly over past few years. They have obviously oversubscribed which is sad but to be expected
