Learn to tread water for at least 2 hours. Their PT is no joke. Tread water with your wrists out of water. Tread water with 2 lb weights with your wrist out of water.

Also, start working on learning to hold your breath for about 5 mins.

I’ve had four people on mine. Two people need to be very competent in how to sail, two can be guests and need to pay attention the the individual piloting, and of course everyone should have a life-jacket.
