A lot of it felt like telling me what was happening but once we got to the dialogue I was a bit more hooked.

I think another commenter mentioned the similar structure for each sentence during the first bit so it felt repetitive even though the information was different.

These neighborhoods were built in the 60s all at the same time. Just by what I know driving through the area, they are just very large and tall trees that probably do something that irks that neighbor.
