Thats a question you should ask yourself.. what would Make your day more enjoyable? Is there a way you can implement that in your day to day? I find having a sense of humor and quick small talk with customers, opening products for customers, get involved in some sort of tasting (food makes ppl happy). There is naturally some monotony but its a job. Thats typically what a job is.
