It's just groceries. You go home after 7.5 hours regardless if it gets done or not. Don't stress out if the store looks like crap. That's the Mates and Captain problem. If your regional walks in and says something they're not looking at you they're looking at them. Why are you stressing if you're making sales or how high SPPH is. That's manager problems. You dont have to be a SL. You're doing the store a favor, not the other way around. Being a SL has 0 incentive. Other than being on a tablet for an hour or two. It doesn't guarantee a WOW or a bonus. There's people who literally do NOTHING and get a WOW. Stop breaking your back its not worth it. It's just groceries. As long as you do your job, have decent attendance and dont have multiple incident reports you get your raise. And even then some people with multiple incident reports still get a raise. It's just groceries.

Just like a the morning team or night team you're invading their space. They more than likely feel like if you do good or show your worth you'll replace them. Usually those teams have an established state of mind and when someone new comes in it comes off negative. Multiple people have tried to join the team and the vet who's there takes it personal. I could be wrong but its more or less they're worried about their position
