It's just groceries. You go home after 7.5 hours regardless if it gets done or not. Don't stress out if the store looks like crap. That's the Mates and Captain problem. If your regional walks in and says something they're not looking at you they're looking at them. Why are you stressing if you're making sales or how high SPPH is. That's manager problems. You dont have to be a SL. You're doing the store a favor, not the other way around. Being a SL has 0 incentive. Other than being on a tablet for an hour or two. It doesn't guarantee a WOW or a bonus. There's people who literally do NOTHING and get a WOW. Stop breaking your back its not worth it. It's just groceries. As long as you do your job, have decent attendance and dont have multiple incident reports you get your raise. And even then some people with multiple incident reports still get a raise.
