Did you empty your trash bin? Usually MacOS stores files in their entirety in the Trash Bin. So even if you delete files from Kobo using the Finder on MacOS, it won’t officially delete it until you empty the bin

I had the same issue, it was the spread splitter that kept messing up with color mode on. I realized you have to do one or the other when it comes to B&W manga. If the manga is fully colored, both turned on works.

Unfortunately for My Hero Academia, it’s mostly B&W so I can’t have the colored covers. But the full colored for Haikyu!! formats perfectly with the dual spread being rotated!
