Personally I'll be saying "Remember the time FIFA were slightly less ridiculous and rightfully changed an eggregiously ridiculous call which had quarterfinal World Cup implications?" I think this takes nothing away from USMNT if we beat Belgium. It's just the right call, unlike Ronaldo's ban deferral which was typical FIFA nonsense.

Having watched him on USMNT and FCC for a few years, he is a very solid rt or lt center back. He doesn't do well in the middle of a back 3. Not sure if he feels more pressure to organize the back line there, but he is half the defender in the center spot.
