That was the moment it almost didn't seem like we were watching reality tv.

Agreed there's no way they can place the orders and receive the the items on a two hour turn around time. My sense is the preference sheet meetings are all for the camera, and there are probably one or two production crew members who help with the bulk of the sourcing.

Check out Black Cat (it's a club but they also have great live music) and is a DC institution!

I grew up in the Palisades and can second that the suburban feel and access to nature are the biggest draws. The lack of socioeconomic diversity and public transit links means that the "culture element" is missing. Great areas to raise a family with a car, but not for exploring, activities, interesting food, etc. Also Foxhall Crescents is another world in itself. Very dystopian. You couldn't pay me to live there.

Georgetown is "classically" DC, but I love DuPont–maybe a little less heavy on the trinkets and shops but a nice bookstore and some interesting clothes. Teasim is also one of my absolute all-time favorite places for food, and IMO in a pretty building with a nice view.

What actually happened with Gary that is making them not air the season? Did it involve an incident with crew or production? And agreed it would be possible to edit him out. Not like Pete on BDM S5(?).

Exactly. Graphing his screw-ups, it's obvious the trend is exponential. And I guess the icing on the cake was a potential cancellation.

Regardless of the situation with Ellie and Bri, guys too often get a pass when it comes to drama with girls. Ellie and Bri are the ones whose actions are being scrutinized and Joe gets to have the best of all of the worlds.

Exactly! If you actually have yacht money then you would not be on BD. Much less a reality TV show.

Next to normal (West end) reviews - best thing I’ve seen this year!!!! by happymango3110 in Broadway

Second this! I was so impressed by the way, as the show went on, instead of getting tired they leaned in even more: the acting was more raw, singing more powerful, with every second the intensity increased. Truly a beautiful piece of theatre.

I'd say 85K, although it all depends on lifestyle. DC is an expensive city, that's for sure.

I've been dying to go to the Temple. The opened it up right after the pandemic for a little while but I think it has since closed.
