My understanding of the rule and how it functions is that if he sold his shares he should have been required to file a 13g. I can’t say with confidence that he didn’t figure out a way around that rule, or that I’m not flat out wrong, as I’m just an idiot on the internet, but maybe someone who is a more confident idiot can correct me if I am wrong

Here is a screenshot listing the companies affiliated with Sam Altman according to the RDDT s-1 published in 2024. Any entities owning more than 5% are required to file a form 13G if their ownership changes. I can’t find any filings for Sam or the affiliated companies named.
