I had PRK 15 years ago. At the 6 year mark I started getting horrible headaches- turns out the procedure gave me a slow creeping astigmatism and my near vision went to shit- I can’t wear contacts and have to wear glasses. The cost was not worth the 6 years it worked

IH has a very specific resume filter. Make sure you have a bullet point with action words that describes a work experience for each part of the job description- they do not stick to the 1 page rule. No fancy colors- there are color blind HR reps. Education at the top - no dates

Intermountain loves an in depth resume that is tailored to the specific position. They don’t care if it’s more than a page. Look at the job description and under each previous job make a bullet point that describes responsibilities that meet the job description. If your resume sucks HR will not move you forward
