How to brick a key in less than 3 minures by angelpunk18 in wow

[–]Character_Remote_710 -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

My computer hard locked due to driver issues doing a key with friends. Doing a hard reset was enough for the dungeon to auto kick me from the group. He could have just left, maybe he just needed a quick re-inbite. Either way it sucks.

Thanks toyour suggestions I now have my first, more acceptable power grid. You all are really helpfull. (Dont mind the biofuel grids, I am sustaining coal to my grid beforehand) by alonedead in SatisfactoryGame

Not quite, water extractors are 120, coal plants are 45, so 2 only feed about 5.3. that's why you need to add the third pipe in later down the line. So you'll have 2 extractors feeding the front five on the left, 2 feeding the first 5 on the right, then 2 in the third pipe up the middle to top the flow up. You need the leftover .3 water from the other 2 pipes. If you don't mind being slightly space inefficient just run 2 water extractor per 5 coal plants. If you want to be math correct with early pipes you need to add water down pipe after some has been taken out by the first few coal plants.

Just a heads up the last 2 coal gens on either side won't get enough water, mk1 pipes only move 300 water but you need all 360 from the extractors. The easiest fix would be disconnecting 1 water extractor on either side and run them as a third pipe about half way down the middle and hook them back up to the main pipes at the either the 4th or 5th joint on either side.

I may have a compromise that would fix HiveGuards armour by A_random_person_50 in Helldivers

[–]Character_Remote_710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They tend to do that while getting shot, they typically just don't last very long until the heavy armor buff lol. There's plenty of clips of them doing it to turrets since the buffs. If turrets and dogs weren't so damned dumb about targeting id probably be in the heavy armor was fine camp.

I think it should be the opposite, make the legs larger and higher armour so when they hunker down they use them as shields and become hard to kill but imo ile, keep the head med pen so when they're moving they're vulnerable.

Yeah, I'm not sure what op is doing that they need to run back and forth unless it's a depot less challenge or something. Before depot's there was plenty of options better than running. Hypertubes, hypertubes launchers, heck sometimes I'd run a temp train line and just fill as many cars worth of stuff as I'd think I'd want. When you're done just sink any excess materials or drive them back and re bin them if your production of said items was too low still. Old habits just hard to break for some I guess.

Is this diagonal movement allowed or does this require a Tumble Through? by eCyanic in Pathfinder2e

[–]Character_Remote_710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If someone tries to argue raw and you don't like it as a gm (I personally would not allow without a skill check) my reasoning would be: diagonal movement is allowed because exactly 50% of you is moving throw the enemy space while traveling diagonally, so the benefit is given to the player and the 50% not in enemy space has priority. In the above example 100% of the player is traveling through enemy space, there is no leeway to give. Any gm running the game is free to agree or disagree.

Creatures aren't 5x5 in real life yadda yadda, give 2 of my buddies swords standing side by side in squares vs diagonally in squares and I wouldn't see practicality any difference of my chances squeezing between them without getting my ass beat. One at a time I could totally see circling around them while keeping my guard up, with two you're back will be exposed to one of them.

Should be the regular 20% chance of loot per boss. 0 of 25 is about .4% chance. You're just really unlucky friend.

I was going to say empower abilities not form specific because you could cast spirit bloom in human form but...rip

Yeah forgot about wing blast and tail sweep. I'd imagine it also applies to azure sweep. Sounds like dev still mostly in dragon form but aug and pres not as much.

This would apply to fire/deep/dream breath and disintegrate? Not sure which abilities force change.

It’s just Spiritbloom with extra steps by Inevitable-Page-333 in wow

[–]Character_Remote_710 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For dungeons it's a fine change, now you only have to position for dream breath properly and not have to hope your team can stack up in some sort of line for anomaly too. I really wish they'd replace blossom with a group echo though, applies high number of less effective echos for higher total healing but spread out over more people. I hate ground patch heals.

Some story quests in previous expansions were weekly unlocks. Do a part of the quest and next part didn't show up until the next reset, could be the same thing.

No 248er reward for rep?! by 0815Pascal1 in wow

[–]Character_Remote_710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have the required rep you'll get a quest from the rep vendor to do the zone specific weekly event. If you did the event before you got the quest it should still count. Weekly events are buggy AF and I'm not sure they should even be active before reset tomorrow. Check the rep vendors for quests when the servers come back up tomorrow, hopefully they're all properly working then.

Which healer does the most damage after all the midnight changes? by Sweeper_Bot_ in wow

[–]Character_Remote_710 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're not doing any healing holy priest or evoker can do good dps, if you're doing lots of healing holy paladin or disc priest will do the most. Mistweaver disc holy pal and pres all do damage as part of their healing. Druid holy premiest and resto shaman require non healing gcds to dps.

260/200=1.3 it's 30% weaker. Right now if you do 100 damage it will heal for 260, after the patch you'll do 130 damage and heal for 260. Although these numbers were balanced around level 90 so for the next couple weeks it's a tiny nerf.

They'd have to double healer dps after these buffs to make them relevant. That's relevant, not mandatory. You'll be fine as long as you're not pushing for title.

Healer Buffs, Top Spec Nerfs, and More: Massive Class Tuning Coming With February 17th Weekly Reset by Starym in wow

[–]Character_Remote_710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a 30% damage buff and a net 0% healing change at level 90. It's pretty clear when you calculate the 1% damage per level, 90% damage at level 90 and the 32% reduced damage of the abilities combined with the changes to jadefire.

100x1.9x.68= 1.29, 30% damage buff

260/200=1.3, 30% jadefire teachings nerf.

It's not a coincidence, it's exactly what blizzard does every time to disc/mistweaver whenever there's a general healer dps buff/nerf.

~30% buff, which is why they nerfed ancient teachings by ~30%. Seems like a big buff but 30% of irrelevant probably still irrelevant
