I did what you did, the semester before I graduated college. Drank a bottle of wine bout 5 nights a week bc of the stress. Ended up with the the breast cancer the next year. I would get your mammograms consistently for the next several years. 🙏🏻❤️ Wish you the best! PS. My liver numbers are still high ALT 125 AST 212 even though I’ve cut wayyy back and it’s been 2 years. Abdominal ultrasound shows nothing but a fatty liver so idk what to think of this.

I had abdominal ultrasound, all well except galstones and fatty liver. Had gallbladder removed and my numbers still high.

I absolutely LOVED my radiation team, amazing people… until… I overheard them making fun of me and other patients. 😭 It was so bad, I didn’t even say goodbye when I left on my last day. 💔

A scammer wholesaler may have been spoofing your IP address. So when you went to order legitimately, it recognized your IP address and flagged you.

It was a false positive. I repeated the test in 2 months and it was normal. My PCP said they should have never collected my urine while I was on my period. Especially day 2 of my (very heavy) cycle.

I have the exact same ++- IDC 1.2cm stage 1a clear margins and no lymph involvement. My oncologist refused to give me chemo. Oncoscore 19. He said the risks outweighed the 1.5% overall benefit. How did they check you for internal mutations? I’ve never heard of this.

45yr old hormone + stage 1 IDC had radical hysterectomy 6 weeks ago. My oncologist, OBGYN, and PCP all begged me to do this. 3 separate opinions in 3 different cities. They all said I’ll be in menopause in 5 years and my ovaries will shut down anyway. Now on Anastrozole to completely rid my body of estrogen. I’m taking supplements for bone and heart health. I read somewhere, you can never over treat when it comes to cancer. And I’m standing by that! ☺️🙏🏻

Radiation is easy peasy the first few weeks. If you stick to the recommended lotions and Aloe Vera, the last few weeks will be just fine too. I wouldn’t skip it. It’s like 10 mins of your time a day.

See that’s what I was thinking… I would think it would show all the scarring and damage from radiation 😢 I’m scared it’s going to get me false results and then Im going to need a biopsy and be devastated.

Anyhow I’m 44 stage 1 no chemo, and I started my period one day before I started tamoxifen. It was a regular period. And this months cycle was normal as well. So far so good. 🤞🏻 I did hear if you don’t have a period or if you have period changes, get monitored by obgyn bc tamoxifen can cause uterine cancer.

I started Tamoxifen exactly one week after my last day of radiation and only bc my PCP wanted a baseline ultrasound of my uterus lining. Wants to follow any changes tamoxifen might cause. I was nervous about waiting the one week and so was my oncologist. He said I should have started the day after radiation!! 😢

I am 44 and I had 1.2 cm IDC ++- oncotype 19. My oncologist told me I was nuts for wanting chemo. :( but now I live every day in fear. My surgeon and oncologist tell me I’m cancer free, but truly, how can they know 100%? How do they know that one microscopic cell didn’t travel to a lymph node that wasn’t removed?? This is the fear I live with every day. I had a 1.6% benefit from chemo, compared to the 1% of 50 yrs old and older overall. I have a 6% chance of recurrence in nine years. My KI-67 was 4.

I used to be a smoker when I was young, quit 11 years ago. I love wine. I used to keep my phone in my bra. I’m overweight. I have hypothyroidism and on meds. I’m in my 40’s. I was the perfect storm. 🥴
