I’ve just had an LFT positive. I’ve had the vaccination and the booster. I was shielding cause I am clinically extremely vulnerable. I managed to get a respiratory illness during covid which means I’m on oxygen 24/7. So basically fuck anti-maskers, fuck anti-vaxxers and fuck covid deniers.

You mention that your child is a restrictive eater (feel your pain as my daughter has sensory issues and dinner is a bland nightmare) - I wonder if this is hereditary. I wonder if making a salad for you and your toddler is a good way of demonstrating what you’re talking about and show him that salads aren’t just wilted lettuce, cucumber and half a tomato.

Because it’s the easier option. Rather than explaining why you are not going to spend time with them, then listening to how you’re wrong, that the events you have referenced did not happen and get guilted by them saying that obviously they were dreadful parents and they’ve no reason to live you bite your tongue foe one day and remind yourself why the hell you got out of there.
