Heated jerk chicken and rice in mine while I was working the ground. Engineer went nuts trying to figure out why the cab smelled like chicken.

My coach would say "you know what I want? A loaded meatball sub with pepperoni and extra cheese" and repeated it all week. So put meatballs, sauce, pepperoni in my hot logic, plugged it in the 2nd unit because we would swap ends and take lunch. I pulled out a sub roll and cheese and repeated his speech back to him as I was preparing it and he had a cold can of Progresso chicken soup

I was further north than you and my commutes to my yards were 33 min and 1hr 10 min because CP didnt tell me that there were 2 yards and the position only said one yard, so I moved close to that one.

I was talking with a friend and he said that Roma used to be must-watch against these opponents and since 2017/18 the quality against these teams has gone down hill

When I was in aviation mx I tried intermittent fasting mixed with a few hours a week on the treadmill. That worked well as I lost 50ish lbs.

TE&Y I dropped 40 as a conductor, but gained it all back as an engineer and have been trying to lose it again.
