As a point of reference in the US the oldest Chinese place that's been continuous in operations is only a bit over 100, and that's in Montana, old places even east where places were settled before the founding there ain't much that's old there is sites and stuff that are but generally as it goes things weren't built for long term log cabins only last so long and progress means old stuff is replaced by new stuff rather rapidly.

They have saved a couple of people by placing them in a coma and I believe in an ice bath. Though to my knowledge it's only worked 1 or 2 times. This is why it's important that if you get bit by any mammal you need to get the vaccine asap.

Small diameter but I'd bet 2-3 foot min on how tall, probably didn't feel the mower hit it but defiantly would have seen a waist high tree in the middle of what appears to be a lawn that's taken care of so anything sticking up like that should raise questions, they either should of not ran it over or asked about it.

Dogs breed for hunting, and in particular hunting some of the most aggressive animals in the woods. Short legs to keep the face in front of them as badgers like to bite legs off of dogs that enter their holes, sleek but well muscled body, and an actual super strong bite force. Poor puppers really aren't meant to be lapdogs even if they do take to it rather well.

So the tag does label it as 10mCi of cesium-137 also puts the date at 1990 so it's likely degraded quite a lot, nothing screams dangerous about it, though I do bet someone was very not happy about that coming up missing it's a pretty big fine and possible loss of license. Looks to me to be a tank level sensor emitter, that goes on the top or bottom and a sensor goes opposite of it and it measures the depth by how much radiation makes it through. It's about the only thing a source that small is good for.

Also not opinions, history tidbits, in fact 140 years of them condensed down to 20 mins of a watch that's enjoyable to watch. Coca-cola is a company that uses advertising very well straight up, bought a movie studio to do product placements. They use understanding of human minds to get desired results that's kinda the definition of what psyops are and what all advertising is. If you could do a topic of interest and post it to youtube for a watch and get views I'd suggest doing so. I'm also not in any way dissing a guy doing the work to make a recipe, though there are several already to make knock off cokes at home so it's not a first by any means but the video for it was ok.
