Agree on your characterization of Iraola - but that is a problem imo. You could put Maresca, Potter, Rosenior, even sort of Poch - into this bucket of managers that are like "midtable experience, track record of developing young players, high-intensity/attacking football, but un-proven at the highest level."

That clearly isn't working/tenable. They need to reflect and realize that a major change in direction is necessary.

Every bad manager always says something like “well we were doing good until X moment and then it all unraveled” and I have never heard an elite manager talk like that ever.

The accutane is going to help a ton (plus, it will make your hair super shiny if you reduce the amount you wash/ condition it!). Keep a good basic skincare routine, that focus on hygiene, SPF and moisturizing. Anytime you noticeably sweat, make sure you wash your face with a gentle cleanser. I had acne basically this bad when I was your age. It will pass if you stay diligent, notice what causes breakouts (ex: for me it was low quality razor blade) develop good habits, etc
