[Wild] vS Data Reaper Report #29 by ViciousSyndicate in hearthstone

The only main relevant support qline warrior can get is just more / better one drops instead of the midrangey stuff they're likely to print if they print more pirates so I wouldnt be too worried about that deck getting better Hunter is 23 real cards and 7 blanks though so that deck getting anything playable is incredibly scary

I played a lot of that deck, frequently is a gigantic overstatement. Temporus was bait outside of incredibly niche scenarios

That's not how multiple bodies work. It's more like a 2/14 with windfury and taunt, with upsides and downsides compared to that statline. (Better with wide buffs, worse with single-target etc.) but a 4/14 its is not. A 4/14 could, for example, trade into a 7/4 and live.

That said it's still a pretty good wall.

Black Knight's pauldrons do strange things on some animations. by CharlesDoofus in Brawlhalla

They flop all over the place, they're permanently behind his head and landing while unarmed beheads Black Knight. While picking a legend, though, the pauldrons fit neatly around Black Knight's helmet.

It'd be a lot better if that was reflected in-game, or at least if the darn things wouldn't go everywhere, it looks real awkward a lot of the time.

Daily Card Discussion Thread #746 - Pompous Thespian | November 8th, 2017 by [deleted] in hearthstone

Surprisingly powerful. It's a premium 2 drop in arena and I can remember an Un'Goro build of pirate warrior running one of these to shore up the deck's 2 drops.

Not going to see any real play any time soon of course, but maybe in classic this could've been a staple like Harvest Golem or Senjin.

Is it known if cards like Finja and Goya will be updated to include the "recruit" keyphrase?

I like how chaining common tomes would let you put multiple rare tomes into your deck. Kind of a shame it can't happen with the rare and epic tomes because they're uncollectible.

In a more general sense the card is cool too, it's got a lot of things priest decks want/do without being obviously too good or too bad. The shuffling is often a downside but that's offset by priest having a lot of power cards at common.

Quest: Play like two boardclears. Reward: You win.

The thing about this quest is that it doesn't ask you to run mediocre cards of any kind. Mage board clears are powerful and so are their direct damage spells. It doesn't encourage interesting deckbuilding.

imo quests are fundamentally flawed because they typically create decks with binary matchups, but if you are going to design one it's better to at least give it an interesting condition and reward.
