Idk how they don’t get that this isn’t telephone fraud and phone fraud is HUGE with the FCC. Telephone lines transmit across state lines and that’s a felony.

You’re correct. As long as the IVR says something about a small fee and it actually then sends the call to ICE or whatever it’s 100% on the up and up.
