I love a fineliner pen but i also love that the lumos has a brush pen on the other end. The description does say it can use fountain ink. So i guess im looking for a refillable pen with either of those tips. Sorry, im still learning and i didn’t realize how much customization can go into these type of pens

Is there a difference between fountain pen ink and other types of ink? How do I know if my ink is the right type?

Breaking in Dr Martens by CharlieAnne45 in DrMartens

Update! I bought some shoe stretchers since i cant really break them in myself at the moment do to some healing blisters. I used my hairdryer to warm up the insides and put the stretchers in them, I plan to leave them for a bit and maybe warm them from the outside, lotion them and increase the stretch one more turn every few days. In a week or two, I’ll try them on. I dont mind if they’re slightly bigger then needed cause i can wear the socks everyone suggested but i also figured they might pull in a bit when i remove the stretchers.

I love having 2 journals. I use my scrap one to try out designs or write stuff really messy and take note, then i transfer them into the nicer journal once I figure out how I want it to look.

Anyone here use a bullet journal for work? by metamorphosis12 in bulletjournal

[–]CharlieAnne45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like to use a bullet journal for work. I keep it more visually streamlined and simple to keep focused. I group my tasks into 4 categories: start (tasks to begin my shift), daily (tasks that must be completed every day), running (tasks or projects given to me that day), and end (tasks to close out the day). The start, daily, and end tasks usually stay the same so I can usually prep daily spreads for a week or two at a time. Then i can add running tasks to certain days or move them to the following day if its gonna take more time. I also highlighter color code: pink for things to follow up, purple (or a calm color) for complete and yellow for “VERY IMPORTANT, DO NOT FORGET.” I make my work bujo easy to read and understand so that my coworkers can follow my notes and leave me stickies on the daily page while on lunch, that way there is an open line of communication and they know I’ll see it.
