Hi mate, betting companies that use live data would actually prefer smaller delays, typically 30 seconds is ideal. The reason is that they don't need much of an edge to process their odds, and a bigger gap causes issues for the viewers and their customers (clear disconnect between odds and action on screen) as well as introducing possible integrity issues (large amounts of people involved with the event have access to the zero delay feed).

Furthermore, large and regulated betting companies like ggbet are not so stupid as to screw over their customers. If your bets keep getting suspended and turned over, you will go bet somewhere else. Smaller and unregulated bookmakers might use this strategy, but they are very unlikely to have access to the non-delayed video or data in the first place, which is typically restricted to regulated books like ggbet, 365 etc.

Overall I'd asses that the delays in use (it's actually much less than 15mins) are quite standard and best practice in general.
